  1. No Returns Policy
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
    That said, we want every order to arrive just as intended. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  2. When Refunds or Store Credit Apply
    If your order arrives:

    - damaged,

    - incorrect, or

    - with a verified quality issue,

    please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Submit a Claim
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

- your order number,

- a brief description of the issue, and

- clear photos of the affected items and packaging.


Once reviewed, we may offer a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

4. Important Notes

- We do not offer refunds or credits for preference-based reasons (such as taste, texture, or personal expectations).

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- Store credit, if issued, may be used toward a future purchase.

5. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation so we can assist you.
