1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship orders using major national carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.

For chocolate products, expedited shipping (such as 2-day shipping) may be required or recommended to help maintain product quality.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Chocolate Mouth is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

shipping method selected

order size and weight

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Perishable Products Disclaimer

Our products are food items and may be sensitive to temperature and handling during transit.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

chocolate may experience minor cosmetic changes (such as softening or blooming) during shipping

these changes do not affect food safety or quality

Chocolate Mouth is not responsible for issues resulting from carrier delays or exposure to extreme temperatures during transit.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Chocolate Mouth is not responsible for:

delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

packages returned or lost due to address errors provided by the customer

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo documentation.

9. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
